There are many like it, but this one is mine.
What is this blog about?
Hopefully, in the future, this blog will cover many topics.
A little bit about me: I live in Ireland, like to garden, play video games, and write in my free time.
I wanted a space to share my experiences as a self-learner and software developer.
In the future, I also want to:
Write about my hobbies and special interests.
Discuss movies, games, stories, and comics that bring me nostalgia and influence my work.
Eventually, create my own tutorials here on my blog.
For now, I will be focusing on code and my journey of learning how to become a better developer.
What kind of software developer am I trying to become?
For now, it's all about how I'm learning to make video games.
I'll talk about what I am learning, the code involved, the game engine I'm using, making levels, graphics, and plot-lines—all the good stuff!
I'm not planning to make tutorials at the very start of my journey. Instead, I'll share my experiences and connect with the wider developer community as I go.
As I gain more confidence, I will definitely try to contribute to the world of online tutorials.
